    Minecraft texture packs not showing up


    Just bought the sphax pack for Minecraft on the Xbox one. Seeing the purchase in purchase history as “Minecraft Item 4” but not showing up in ready to install and shows as not purchased in the in-game marketplace. Restarted xbox, minecraft, every other troubleshoot
    help I could find. Please DO NOT give me any troubleshoot advice its clearly on Microsoft’s end (recent CS masters) . For being the most popular game ever i cannot believe the level of support for this game, absolutely abysmal. Please actually start developing
    the game and not add updates that makes me want to throw my monitor out a window (villager update). If yall need help with pathing lmk becuase jesus christ

    I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your texture package on Minecraft. We are very glad to help you out to find some of the best possible options and troubleshooting's that we can provide for you.



    Firstly, I would like to confirm if you have tried signing out of your account on the computer where the texture pack is not showing up and then signing back in again. This can sometimes help refresh the account and make the texture pack appear.



    If that doesn't work, I would suggest checking if the texture pack is installed on the computer where it is not showing up. To do this, please follow these steps:



    1. Launch Minecraft on the computer where the texture pack is not showing up.

    2. Click on "Options" from the main menu.

    3. Click on "Resource Packs".

    4. Check if the texture pack is listed under "Available Resource Packs" or "Selected Resource Packs". If it is listed under "Available Resource Packs", click on it to select it and then click on the arrow button to move it to the "Selected Resource Packs" section.



    If the texture pack is not listed under "Available Resource Packs", it may not have been installed properly. In this case, I would suggest trying to reinstall the texture pack. To do this, please follow these steps:



    1. Log in to your account on the computer where the texture pack is not showing up.

    2. Launch Minecraft and click on "Options" from the main menu.

    3. Click on "Resource Packs".

    4. Click on "Open Resource Pack Folder". This will open the folder where Minecraft stores its resource packs.

    5. Delete the folder for the texture pack that is not showing up.

    6. Log out of your account and then log back in again.

    7. Launch Minecraft and go to "Options" > "Resource Packs" again.

    8. Click on "Open Resource Pack Folder" again.

    9. Drag and drop the texture pack file into the resource pack folder.

    10. Go back to Minecraft and check if the texture pack is now showing up.



    If none of the above steps work, it is possible that there may be an issue with your account or with the Minecraft client itself. In this case, I would suggest contacting Minecraft support for further assistance, click here: Minecraft Help Center

    Go to account.live.com and check your order history if the DLC is shown in your previous purchases.

    2. Try logging out logging back in after it loads up

    3. Try seeing if it has been bought on that account

    4. If that doesn't work contact xbox
