    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Also, mods are not available for Xbox console but you can definitely check on them if there are workarounds or if it's available inside of the game.

    Did you get your minecraft working? Mines doing the same thing, I loaded minecraft with another account and it worked, but my account stays on the sync screen.

    I understand. Try what I suggested before to download save files for the game from the cloud. If it was previously saved, then it will be retrieved.
