minecraft syncing issues : cant load world

my mine craft wont work, today its been moved a lot. and when I loaded it up it dident let my access my worlds so through trouble shooting I almost fixed my problem, so what I did was deleted my profile and re downloaded it and it worked, but when I tried
syncing my minecraft world it I got too excited and accadentaly clicked out and now it wont work no matter I do help please.

We couldn't get your latest saved data

I cant access my worlds for minecraft for two weeks now. Tried syncing that doesnt work.

 

Minecraft Xbox One

Hi,
My 7 year old son has spent many hours on Minecraft for Xbox One creating numerous worlds.
A few days ago he couldn't load up any of his "worlds", on each saved world it used to show a snapshot of the world but this has been replaced with just the box standard Minecraft block symbol.
When you press 'A' to load a world you can see 'A' flash at bottom but it does nothing, same with all saves.
If he creates a new world saves and exits game and goes back in then it is there but when he goes in the next day that save has went same way as the rest.
Anyone experienced this and have any solutions?
I have tried clearing cache and resetting xbox by holding power button etc.
I have also deleted the game and re-installed (without deleting the saved game info) and same its doesn't clear the issue.
Would this be a cloud issue? I haven't setup any saving to cloud that I am aware of but Minecraft does mention "syncing" when starting up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as really feel for my lad he has spent hours and hours creating some great things but its not worth playing if he cant save a game now...............

I meant my console was being moved alot

 

Unplug your console, plug it back in, and fire it up. Hopefully that'll fix it.
