Minecraft Switch: world does not load in.

I left my world yesterday for a few minutes. After, I wanted to rejoin into my world but the loading screen did not disappear. The progress bar was on the far right end but the world just did not load in.

Thing I have tried:

I can join other worlds, yes.

Hard reset reset did not change anything.

Restart did not change a thing.

My game is on the newest version.

I slept over it, nothing changed.

I copied the world, nothing changed.

I downloaded it from the eshop, therefore i do not own a cartridge.

Before you tell me to ask on mojang.com: there it says explicitly that one should contact xbox/support for further help on switch edition.

Seems this is an in-game issue that is affecting many others. A homemade solution is to make copies of your world yet I suggest you to contact the game's dev support or post in their forum to report this.

They told me, I should ask on xbox/support if I have a question regarding my Minecraft switch edition.

Not sure why they would refer you to Microsoft. Have you tired this
