If your Windows no not updated, click the link below to update the system, and perform all posteriores securities updates, and then make sure all Xbox apps are up to date in the store.

Also try to check that there are no updates on nintendo switch and maybe do a system reset, because it may be something related to the Switch and the authentication connections to their servers.

Have you tried resetting the switch then also relaunching the app as well? It is entirely a possibility of an app error on the switches end (even though the switch isn't Microsoft and may be something you may have to get ahold of Nintendo for)

When I go to aka.ms/remoteconnect and enter the code on-screen, I enter the password to my account, then it goes back to asking me for to code and password. But now, if I type in anything it works. It also changes the website name.
