Minecraft support information

The Minecraft experience covers a variety of games and services on multiple platforms with different teams providing support for different scenarios. This post is intended to provide some clarity for our customers when needing to reach out for support based on the issue you are facing. My hope is to ensure you get the right support quickly rather than needing to be redirected because we weren't clear in advance.

This information applies to the following products:

• Bedrock versions of Minecraft, which typically have the platform name in the title such as Minecraft for iOS, etc.
  
• Minecraft Java Edition
  
• Minecraft Dungeons
  
• Minecraft Legends
  

It also covers Minecraft Realms, which is a service related to the Minecraft games.
