minecraft subscription expired

on discord I wanted to play an SMP but I somehow saw "play demo" button instead of "play", I tried a different device but it's still not working ;( , after I asked what happend they said minecraft ran into problem and everyones subscription expired, meaning we would not able to play minecraft. I am here to ask microsoft to fix the dumbest and worst problem and get my minecraft back

How I got minecraft? I got gifted on discord by claiming a reward

OS's? Windows 10 2gb Intel Celeron & Windows 7 3gb Intel Pentium

Is it Gamepass? No, Their credit card had enough money to buy the game through the official site, Not the Xbox Gamepass (or Ultimate)

How am I playing Minecraft now? Using Demo mode ;(

Have you checked the expiration date of your Minecraft Kingdom subscription? You can try to renew it if it has expired.

To check the expiration date of your Minecraft realm subscription, you can log into your Minecraft account and look for the "Subscriptions" or "Account" section. There you should find information about the expiration date of your subscription.

You got scammed. You should only buy accounts from microsoft. If the account is registered to your email id you can try clicking forgot password and resetting it. If it is not, then you might as well say bye to that account as it's gone for good. Sorry

I meant it could be login into minecraft.net but like before it happened it showed me an option like username settings

and I was able to play for 3 or 4 months

they don't have access now so I am safe from scam

I guess I have the screenshot to prove I had my account and this screenshot is of 13th march 2022

Tell me where exactly did you redeemed the Minecraft gift?

If you used the second link, exist the possibility that you used a different account to redeem the game

For this please go to your Microsoft account order history
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Once there, make sure to change the "3 months" filter and use instead "All available" next to "Ordered within"
Then start looking each item purchased with your account and see if you're able to find the game with order status "completed"

If you have more than one email please check the order history with each one

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with access to Minecraft. Is it possible the subscription you had and it expired was Ultimate game pass? As this subscription includes gold, and game pass. As Minecraft is on the game pass
subscription. Then when you renewed Xbox live gold, you no longer have game pass so unable to access the game. You can check subscriptions and see if the ultimate is there and when it expired.
