Ciao a tutti. Ho acquistato Xbox One con Minecraft dentro circa 2 anni fa. Ma

non ho mai trovato ne dvd ne codici redeem per scaricarlo. Come posso fare per ottenerlo? Cosa e dove cercare? Grazie

Necesita quitar su cuenta de Xbox, y despues de esto, anadir su cuenta a su Xbox. Si esto no funciona, reinstalar Minecraft.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

Games that would be included in any console bundles will come in a 25 digit code that is printed on a card which is usually found in a sleeve included inside the same box the console was in. We cannot assist with code replacements on the forums, therefore
you will need to contact Xbox Customer Support in your region for assistance. To be frank, I'm not even sure they would be able to help since it's been two years since you purchased the console but if you still have the receipt or proof of purchase, then they
may be able to help. Here is the best way to reach a callback option to speak with a live agent:

Select Contact Us.
Select "Account & profile" in the first drop-down and then "I need a Microsoft account" in the second drop-down
If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your Microsoft Account at this point.
Once logged in, scroll down in the window to Other options and select Request a Call.
You can add additional information at this point if you'd like and then select Request call
A new window will open for you to enter your Country/region and your best contact number, then select Confirm and you'll be placed in a queue to receive a call back from Customer Support
