    So i tried to uninstall the minecraft beta, and when you do that you have to uninstall then reinstall the game. When i was uninstalling the game it stopped and wont go any further (also note its says i can install the game on the store but when i select
    it just freezes) ive tried to reset the Microsoft store and use a ton of cmd commands on your website, and it just wont work.----MY GODS YOU NEVER LET ME DOWN PLZ HELP----

    Same issue here. No games will play at all... disc games, downloaded games, x360 games... all get stuck on a black screen after initial startup screen. I uninstalled the latest game update (minecraft) and still having issues. MS support please help

    Same issue here... nothing will load at all. no disc games, 360 games, downloaded games... they are all stuck on a black screen or the xbox one just shuts down.. All of this occurred after my son downloaded the new minecraft update... Any help is appreciated.

    I have a problem with signing in to Minecraft with my Microsoft account. Every time I click sign in, it brings me to the "Let's get you signed in with XBOX Live" screen. I click sign in and it brings me to a confirm
    page to confirm my Microsoft account. I click "continue" and it brings me back to the "Let's get you signed in with XBOX Live" screen. I clicked sign in and it brought me the confirm page again. I clicked continue and it brought me back to the Minecraft app
    but the screen won't load and the app is stuck on a black screen. Is there a solution to this? I've tried uninstalling and I've tried to disconnecting my WiFi from my Android phone.
