minecraft stuck at loading

I just purchased Minecraft for Xbox for my daughter and she was loading her profile from her minecraft from her phone and now its stuck on loading resources packs?

I've tried all these things multiple times. and I have an rtx 3080 with latest 537.58 drivers. still it is still stuck.
