Minecraft story mode is supposed to be out today, but no sign of it on the store yet.

 

Only place I found it was on amazon and that was for a disc.

 

I´m waiting too, where is the story mode?

Why X-Box and Microsoft can`t give us some information about???

 

I can't stand Minecraft but my son loves it so is this game a standalone version of Minecraft or an add on to the current Minecraft game ? Cheers

It's a standalone game.

Also, I'm glad to hear that this is out - I'm a big fan of the Telltale games and will be picking this 1 up well, immediately. I'll let you guys know if it's any good and what I think about it.

 

Woo Minecraft thread, count me in. All I know is Minecraft has Survival, Creative, and Adventure Modes. More of my friends from Xbox 360 have an Xbox 1 now, or are planning to get one very soon. Minecraft is like a fashion and culture which has quickly become
highly popular. The game is top of the XBL activity charts. Microsoft even acquired it. I might check it out over the weekend. All I'm doing in Minecraft is playing with lots of friends on the Xbox 360 version. I've even had to delete some friends since 360
system can only take 100. Only roughly 20 of my friends have an Xbox 1. It's like all me and my bffs do on Xbox is play Minecraft and COD. I also like Halo. I think the best Kinect game on Xbox 1 is Kinect Sports Rivals, it's fun and it looks kwl .

It's a bit off-topic, but since it's also a Telltale game (the same devs that made
Minecraft Story Mode, as well as Jurrassic Park, The Walking Dead,
Game of Thrones, and others), I thought that I'd go ahead and mention that their
Back to the Future game is now also available for purchase if anyone's interested in extending that particular franchise's story from the films it's based upon.

 

Hey everyone. It's Thursday morning for me (I live in NZ) and I'm on my X1 Dashboard. Episode 1: The Order of the Stone costs $9.45 here. I got the X1 Minecraft edition for only $7.45 because of that deal where if you play the Xbox 360 version, you get the
X1 version discounted. I might get it. My favourite youtuber has done 2 videos of it so far. I'm now on my Xbox 360 and the Minecraft Story Mode Season Pass costs $36.45 or $9.45 for episode 1. If several of my friends get it, I'll look into getting it as
well. I will be on my Xbox 360 later tonight since most of my friends don't have an X1 so will inv them to a party when I'm on tonight.
