Minecraft Story Mode Season Pass download problems

We have Minecraft story mode season pass and have downloaded 2 & 3 but when we come to download the 4th episode it says we have to pay for it. That doesn't sound right. Has anyone else had this problem?

About Minecraft Story mode season pass

Hi I want to know about Minecraft story mode season pass in marketplace? Do I need to buy the full episode 1 before buy season pass or just download the trial version and buy season pass to get episode 1-5

 

yes my son has same problem, don't know if there is a problem at microsofts end or tell tales end?

 

Have you managed to find a solution? I really don't want to have to pay again for this and I get no response from Microsoft.

 

Yep, same issue here. Not sure why. On another forum they said there is an issue with the disk. We are trying to delete all story modes from console, then downloading E.4, then moving all episodes back to console. I'll let you know if it works.

 

Well, after deleting all Story Mode episodes and then re-downloading them 4 times, we finally are able to download episode 4 for free now. I would suggest you move all story mode episodes to an external drive if possible, then delete all Story Mode files
from the console. Then you'll have to download the Story Modes again, you may have to do this more than once. You should also be sure to close out of the game just to be safe and then just keep trying. If you don't have an extra storage device to save your
previous versions, I'm not sure what to tell you other than you'll have to replay them I guess.
