requires payment on purchased disc. How do i download without paying twice?

Minecraft story mode is supposed to be out today, but no sign of it on the store yet.

 

If you purchased the season pass then you'll need to get the new episode from within the game menu

 

Even though I have a season pass I can't download Episode 4 without Xbox live wanting payment too. I have tried to get the episode from within the game, but I still get the same response? any ideas?

 

Same here. We have the season pass disc and are trying to download Ep 4 from within the game like we did with the other episodes but it's prompting for payment. This is a bug TellTale is aware of but doesn't have a fix for.

 

I have the same issue with my daughter trying to access S4 and being told we need to purchase. We tried to download from within the game only mine says Purchased and Coming Soon. Is it not already available for download?

 

Update. There was an issue with my profile so I fixed that issue so episode 4 says Purchased, but not downloaded and now when I try to download it is trying to charge me 4.99

 

same here. My season 4 says it needs payment. Then it says "If you have the season pass disc, do not purchase this as you will be charged again." Yeah... But how are we supposed to get to it?

 

Please I'm having the same issue. This is absolutely ridiculous.

 

This is likely an issue on Tell Tales' side of things. A similar issue happened with their Walking Dead game when one of it's episodes was released. It was fixed fairly quickly back then.

 

I have the same issue with Minecraft Story Mode for Xbox One. I bought Episode One with a Season Pass but I have been unable to download any of the Episodes that have come out since. I have had a trouble ticket open with Telltale Games since November and
they are very slow in responding. What a terrible experience! I don't feel like buying any more Telltale products and I would return this one if I could.

This is an issue Telltale Games is aware of. They fixed the issue for owners of the digital season pass but are still working on resolving this for those of you with a disc version of the game.
