Minecraft Story Mode Episode 4

I paid £40 for the Minecraft Story mode season pass disc. I am very annoyed with Telltale for this bug. I've been waiting for this to be fixed since christmas day as I got it for christmas. I've finished episode 1, 2 and 3 and I'm really excited to see what
happens in episode 4 and 5 and they haven't even put a release date on their website. Does anyone know more information? Thanks.

Achievements are not unlocking even though I have met the criteria.

Same for me. I have 3 achievements in Minecraft Story Mode Episode 5 that are stuck at 100%. All 3 say "Done... Unlocking", and it's been around 4 days now

Can you be a bit more specific on the bug you're experiencing?

I checked Telltale's site and it says Episode 4 released December 22 for all platforms (even show that on the Xbox Marketplace). The only note about Episode 5 I've found is that it's due in Early 2016.

Looking at Telltale's previous episode releases, they would release new episodes 1-3 months apart on average.
