Please toggle your audio settings down and back up again because there are settings don’t apply correctly until they are adjusted.

And then clear system cache. Do this on Xbox 360, go to Settings > System > Storage. Highlight your storage device and press Y. Select Clear System Cache and confirm.

Next is to check for disc issues as you are playing from a physical disc, inspect it for scratches or damage because a faulty disc can cause missing audio elements.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly delete and reinstall Minecraft Story Mode from your Xbox 360 storage. Ensure to back up everything before uninstalling the game.

It sounds as though you purchased Minecraft Story Mode instead of regular Minecraft. Story Mode is just a Minecraft story, there is no building. You would need Minecraft in order to build.

I am getting the same error when attempting to download episodes 2 - 5 for Minecraft Story Mode 2 on Xbox 360.

Have you tried either starting the game and clicking on the ep. to try to get it to download. Or sign in on a computer and search you purchase history and make sure that the pass is purchased. Make sure that the pass is installed as well because that could
also be your issue
