Minecraft Story Episode 2

My daughter got Minecraft Story season pass disc for her birthday today,played episode 1 but when she goes to play episode 2 it takes her to the store and says she has to pay for episode 2. In the episodes menu in the game it says "Season Pass Purchased"
and "Episode 2 Purchased But Not Downloaded" but it will not download.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hardcore Minecraft Players

Does anyone knows how can I play Episodes 2-5 on Minecraft Story Mode?

 

Same problem here. I'm on hold with tech support right now.

 

Got it to download in the end,had to uninstall and re-install the game.
