Minecraft store purchases missing on Switch

Hello,

Minecraft Marketplace issues redirects me to Xbox support - which doesn't even have a category relating to my problem so contacting support hasn't been possible yet.

I recently purchased Minecraft for Switch and when signing in with my Microsoft account most of my previous Marketplace purchases aren't visible.

When I try to open the game, it makes me sign into my account again instead of remembering the info. I have to visit the remote connect page and enter the code each time. Then the in-game marketplace only shows 4 purchases (3 skin packs and 1 texture pack,
none of which were purchased on the Switch) whereas my Android and Windows 10 versions of Minecraft both show 33 packs under my purchased packs tab.

I've had a similar problem a couple of years back with my Android version and had to contact support then but I don't recall what finally got it working. Please help.

I am sorry you are having frustrations with your purchases. To try and troubleshoot this issue thru Nintendo you can try the support page at https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/
you could also try Microsoft support at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us

If those are a no go you can try and uninstall the game and then reinstall it onto your switch and hope it pulls your information from the cloud. Good Luck.

Minecraft is a seperate purchase on each platform. They would have to gift it to you from the Switch store to use it there

The Minecraft game on Switch is a different version or on a different platform. You will have to purchase the Minecraft game on Windows platform. It includes the Java and Bedrock version. Check the link here https://www.xbox.com/games/store/minecraft-java...
