    Hello,

    I installed Minecraft on a Nintendo switch lite and my son played for 6 months. During that time I gave him minecoins and so on. He had loads of saved content. He got logged out of his Microsoft Account and we went to log him back in. There is a prompt on
    the switch that says "save purchases to Microsoft account?" when trying to log in. We always had saved all things to the device from the beginning. When signing this time, the save to account option was selected and we singed in with my Microsoft account instead
    of his. In the blink of an eye all his Minecraft stuff was swept from the switch and put on my Microsoft account. All his minecoins, packs, work. I really think that this was easy to make this mistake. Regardless, I would like assistance getting all his Minecraft
    data back to his Microsoft account. I do apologize if I sound frustrated.

    Note: I see this question was asked before, but no solution was posted. In the thread the person said they were being transferred to support, then later on they posted and said it was fixed.

    I would suggest getting on the phone or by email with xbox support, they will be more responsive and hopefully give better action there.

    If the purchase was from Minecraft Java there is no way she can log in without using her account information, but if the purchase is from Minecraft Bedrock, in the Microsoft store app login with the account that purchased the game and in the Xbox app with an account for her
