Minecraft Store items gone

Hi I'm playing on ps4, and bought some worlds and skinpacks. I wasn't connected to a microsoft account but decided to make one. I got an error message saying it was already linked to an account even though I just made one. After this I wanted to play on a world, but they're now all blocked. Is this a glitch?

Sorry I didnt reply for a while. I just figured you would say your welcome or something like that, but yes. Everything is back to normal and I'm not sure what was happening

But if you look your Microsoft account order history, all these purchases appears there?

If yes, an option for this could be submit a ticket with Mojang with this proof of purchase.

In that way they can look further on your account what happened

Just a friendly reminder though that in-game accounts or issues it is handled by the game support which in your case is Mojang.

This issue requires visibility with in-game transactions in that way they can validate what caused it and the steps to fix it.

Probably was a temporary server issue

So I was submitting my report to Mojang when I needed more screenshots from my pc, so I logged back in and it was all there. Im not at all sure what was happening.
