    Minecraft Store Issues


    I'm not sure if this is a Microsoft issue or a Minecraft issue, but during xmas I bought an Xbox One with Minecraft for myself and my son. I set us both up with accounts on the console with mine as the main. I added 15$ to my wallet from a prepaid card and
    everything worked ok,

    I purchased a few skin packs and those worked fine. But recently I went to purchase a mash up pack and noticed that some packs (doesn't matter if mash up, skin or texture) have prices and can be purchased, while others do not show a price and when I try
    to purchase them I get an error message with the code (SVC60001). I don't have the longer string code at hand as I am at work, but can get it later when I get home.

    I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem or knows what could be causing the issue of some stuff being purchasable while other things aren't.

    Any help would greatly be appreciated because my son and I both want the Halo mash up pack Minecraft Store Issues :)

    Usually when you purchased a new game on Xbox you will need to do a hard reset/power cycle after the download.

    Especially with Minecraft.

    Press and hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console until it switches off. Waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it back on.

    Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

    Go to your Xbox settings and make a connection test on both standard test and multiplayer connection test, it shows exactly what is the problem. If you think this may be a problem with Xbox Live itself you can check out this website: Xbox
    Live Service Status    , it will show how are the servers in your region and if there is a problem with them.

    A little clarity, are you having issues with content packs from the Minecraft store or non official mods?

    If the issue is with content purchased from the Minecraft store do both you and your friend have the same content packs?
