    Check in your storage device and see if the Minecraft download is there or if it is a corrupted file. Also, what storage device are you using to store Minecraft on?

    Hello,

    You may want to check your storage first. To do this, Open settings>Storage. Make sure that you have enough storage space to install the minecraft packs. If you have enough space, you may need to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft. This should fix your problem. Good luck and happy gaming!

    Hi!

    I think you need to allow storage permission for Minecraft PE:

    System settings > Apps > Select Minecraft > Go into permissions and allow storage permissions.
