Minecraft stating "Buy now" option.

I've owned Minecraft since 2012, and had done the account migrated successfully a few months ago.

Since then, I havn't been able to play the game, even after I've logged out of the Mojang account I was using, which stopped working.

After logging into my Microsoft account, it still says I need to buy the game again. I suspect it might of been migrated to the wrong microsoft account. Asking for help through Mojang, I was told I can only get help through Microsoft's side now.

I still have the transaction ID, and emails between myself and Mojang if that would be of any help.

These steps can help you, give it a try.
Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.
1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the launcher too.
3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.
5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

Also, try deleting and redownload the launcher from the Xbox app or from the Microsoft Store app on your Windows. When logging back into the launcher select the option to log in with your Microsoft account.

If the problem persists and according to their FAQ, if you have migrated the account to the wrong Microsoft account you have to get in touch with them.

I've tried those things, however it still has the playable option for Java and says BUY NOW in the green box for the "MINECRAFT for Windows" section

My Doom DLC Unto The Evil and my Batman DLC and the others I mentioned state the same (you can use this app for now or buy it to own forever) with the option to buy. It's been like this since the update,

Thanks for the update.

Yes, if you once had a Minecraft for Android, you would have the no Buy Now in Minecraft website, that means you have played the Android/iOS version of the game. If you have purchase Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition (this is package for Windows OS), both Java and Bedrock should show no Buy Now option.

For your concern, there is no free Minecraft Java edition for Android version of Minecraft Bedrock, reason is that Java is only for PC version not mobile. The offer is for the ones with Minecraft Bedrock or Minecraft for Windows license to have a free Minecraft Java edition.
