    Minecraft Start Of The Game Freeze


    Hello! I'm having a problem with my Xbox 360 Minecraft. Whenever I open the game, it freezes once I get to the loading screen. I've tried turning off the Xbox and TV, and I've tried putting in other Minecraft discs. Any other game works fine, it's just Minecraft.
    How do I fix this?

    Minecraft will not start.

    minecraft will not load. It freezes at the start menu. I have tried both versions of the game...same result. I have restarted my Xbox.

    We've got a few questions for you to help us better understand the situation:

    1. Does Minecraft freeze on the menu screen?
    2. Or does Minecraft freeze when you're in your Minecraft world?
    3. If you start a new world in Minecraft, does that one freeze as well?

    it seems as though clearing the cache, setting game sensitivity to 100%, reinstalling Minecraft, transferring worlds to other storage devices, deleting skin packs, relentlessly restarting the console/game until it finally works, and crying in your alpha-bits
    have all been successful fixes to some degree or another.. Maybe troubleshoot from one end of the difficulty spectrum to the other and hope for the best?

    Minecraft freezing???

    Sorry to say but you may have to delete your minecraft game saves and start over. If one save is corrupted your console will freeze if you try to load games from the same location

    ..So your xbox freezes when you start up Minecraft? (Just trying to figure out why it's you posted this in the Minecraft section).

    Have you tried deleting it and/or clearing your cache, then redownloading it?
