MineCraft Skins Packs Now Locked. Seeking Refund.

I purchased several MineCraft Skin Packs prior to the large Xbox update that occurred recently. Now half the packs are under a "Locked" status. Half the skins in a pack are available, most of the skin pack skins are now locked. When prompted to "Unlock"
these now locked skins, I get a message saying " No content is available at this time".

I want my skin packs unlocked or I will be seeking many refunds.

Just to cut off trolls and or the easy answer people.

Yes I made sure I was signed into Xbox Live.

Yes I made sure my account had nothing wrong with it.

Yes I made sure the skin packs were in my purchase and Download histories.

Unlock my skin packs or email me with steps to receive refunds.

Doctor Who skin pack 1 is locked even when I purchased it when I go to the Minecraft Store.

When I launch Minecraft and go to the Minecraft store the Doctor Who skin pack 1 is not checked even though I purchased and downloaded it. After that when I go to change my skins the Dr. who SP1 is locked forcing me to reinstall that skin pack.

 

XBOX 360, Minecraft, Mass Effect skin pack

We have an XBOX 360. We play Minecraft. We have purchased skin packs, texture packs & so on for Minecraft. We have an XBOX LIVE account.

Here's the problem: When we are playing Minecraft and we go to change skins, we can scroll for past a few skin packs, but when we get to the Mass Effect skin, the whole game/XBOX freezes and we have to reset the whole system.

We tried deleting the Mass Effect skin and any games that we previously saved (having to do with Mass Effect), restarted the XBOX 360, only to try and pass the now locked skin pack, only it does the same thing- freezes the game/XBOX.

Bug? Corrupted files? Update fix?

What to do? Please let me know. Thank you

 

Please do not post personal info like your email address on the forums.

Are the skin packs on your hard drive? If so delete them & try to redownload them from your download history.Also try clearing your cache from your hard drive.

If none of that works then you would need to contact support for your region & explain the situation to them as they are the only ones who can issue a refund.
