    Minecraft Skins missing


    I purchased the Final Fantasy IX skin pack in May of last year and was able to use it no problem. Now when I get on it says the skins I purchased are locked and I need to buy them. On the Microsoft store it is showing up purchased and installed, but when
    I go to manage add on it is not showing up. I've tried uninstalling Minecraft with all add on's but when I go back to the store it still says it is still installed.
