Minecraft skin packs purchased on legacy editions unavailable (bedrock edition)

Just recently I've been unable to use the skin packs i purchased back on the 360 version of the game. Up until now ive had no problem using them on the bedrock/better together edition. Now its locked and requires me to rebuy it using the minecraft marketplace.
Ive tried to see if i need to reinstall them but the add on download is only available on the xbox one edition because the skin packs arent downloadable add ons like they used to be on previous editions.

This link states that skin packs purchased on the legacy edition should be transferable to bedrock. Just in case someone says they dont transfer over and doesnt believe me. It then provides a link saying its a list of what is transferable but it doesnt actually
say that anywhere on the page.

The skin packs that i own but just became unavailable to me are skin packs 1-4, battle and beasts, and the star wars classic and prequel packs.

If anyone knows a fix for this that would be amazing because theres no way im rebuying all the packs

A: Most content items will transfer over, be available to be used or purchased on any Bedrock Engine platform and be used in multiplayer with a few exceptions due to licensing restrictions:

Playable on Xbox Only, Not Purchasable, Not Usable in Multiplayer:

Simpsons Skin Pack
Marvel Avengers Skin Pack
Marvel Spider-Man Skin Pack
Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy Skin Pack

Carries Over from Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, Not Purchasable due to Limited Time offer, Usable in Multiplayer:

Minecon 2015 Skin Pack

Doesn’t Carry Over from Minecraft: Xbox One Edition to Minecraft due to licensing restrictions:

Mass Effect Mash-Up Pack
Doctor Who Skins Volume I
Doctor Who Skins Volume II
First Birthday Skin Pack
Second Birthday Skin Pack
Third Birthday Skin Pack
Fourth Birthday Skin Pack
Fifth Birthday Skin Pack

It may also be a problem with the servers. getting in contact with
Xbox Support or
Mojang may be able to help further with your issue.

Thank you for taking the time to help and im guessing it was a service problem as you said because i tried restarting my xbox and the game multiple time but getting on today i had my packs back.

This might sound simple, but have you tried to restart the game?

Perhaps the services were down at the time?

Hi VolKAYNEno. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

Packs purchased in the Xbox 360 Edition of Minecraft do not transfer to the Bedrock Edition. Only packs purchased on the Xbox One Edition do.

There was a time where you could transfer your Xbox 360 skin packs to the Xbox One edition, but that ended many years ago. The only option in this case would be buying them for the Bedrock Edition.
