Minecraft Skin Packs Purchased but Still Not Available

I bought two Minecraft skin packs: Doctor Who Volume 1; and Skin Pack 2. My account history shows the purchases.

On my Xbox One, neither skin pack is available...

Doctor Who Volume 1 worked yesterday, but now it's locked and wants me to buy it again. My account history shows that I successfully purchased it yesterday.

Skin Pack 2 keeps failing installation. My account history shows a successful purchase and my Xbox One downloaded the skin pack.

Please help me fix both issues. Many thanks (I hope) in bringing a smile to my childrens' faces again!

Issues with the Stranger Things Skin Pack

Last week I purchased a bit of DLC for Minecraft from the Xbox marketplace (as opposed to the Minecraft store in game). I've purchased all 3 Star Wars Skin Packs, Natural Texture Pack, and the Stranger Things Skin Pack. The Stranger
Things skin pack hasn't unlocked in game. Everything else unlocked in the Minecraft store and is usable in game.

 

Lost worlds, skin packs, and texture packs for minecraft on the 360

When I got the new title update for Xbox 360 Minecraft, all of my worlds, purchased skin packs and texture packs were deleted. I managed to get my texture packs as well as skin packs back, but we are still working on retrieving the lost worlds.

 

If you go to My Games & Apps and highlight Minecraft, then hit the Menu button (three horizontal lines) followed by Manage Game, can you see the DLC packs on the right-hand side? May need to wait a little while for them to appear.

If so, hit A and then confirm to download.

I followed your instructions. The skin packs are listed, but when I actually try to use the Doctor Who Volume 1 skins, they're all locked in Minecraft. I tried to uninstall them, but Xbox One ignores my uninstall requests.

I uninstalled Skin Pack 2 then installed again: the percentage indicator progressed from 0% to 100%, but at 100% Xbox One said "Installation stopped" due to some error. This is the same behavior I've seen for every other installation attempt for Skin Pack
2.

 

Can you try power cycling your console and then trying again?
