    Minecraft skin pack suddenly locked up


    A while back, I purchased the Minecraft Windows 10 edition starter pack, and with it, got Minecraft coins. I used some of the coins to by the skin pack Nebula HD. I've been using the skin pack for a while, and it has been working well until today when
    I logged in and I no longer had access to the skin pack. I tried accessing the skin I had been using ever since I got the pack but instead of saying confirm in the bottom right, it said unlock. When I clicked on the button it showed me that the skin pack was
    now locked and I only had access to the demo skins. I'm quite furious right now and I hope this can be resolved soon.

    Quick update. I have just found out that I don't have access to any of the starter pack skin packs either.

    The skins that have a
    lock icon     must be purchased from the Minecraft store before you can download and use them. Any skins without a
    lock icon are unlocked and ready to use.

    Most skin packs have a few unlocked skins that you can use for free. In the Dinosaur Island Characters Skin Pack, the Dinosaur Tamer and Explorer skins are unlocked .

    I purchased the full pack (it says "Owned" if I go back to the store and look for the pack again... and there doesnt appear to be a "buy more skins" option within the pack... at least that I can see..?

    The Starter collection includes the Minecraft base game and the Starter Pack compilation: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Plastic Texture Pack, Skin Pack 1, and Villains Skin Pack.

    Minecraft for Windows 10 only includes the base game.
