Minecraft Skin Erro

Pessoal me ajudem por favor, comprei meu mine a 2 dias atrás e toda vez que eu vou abrir para colocar skin o minecraft abre o diretório, eu clico na skin e coloco para abrir, porem, logo depois de eu colocar para abrir o jogo crasha e não aparece mensagem
de erro. Como posso resolver este problema?

Detalhe: Já formatei o pc só por causa desse erro e ele continuou.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I can totally understand how concerning not being able to access your content could be. We do have some steps you can try outlined for game crash issues here on
Troubleshoot gameplay issues on Windows 10 that might help.

When/if you get a chance, review and try the steps there and let us know if that helped resolve the situation.

I already tried everything in the forum, i even reinstalled windows and it's hapening over and over, every time i go to choose a skin and confirm, after the confirm minecraft crashes, i even deleted my Nvidia drivers but still doesn't work, please, how can
i fix that?

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear the issue is persisting. Have you been able to try to log in to a different device to and download Minecraft to see if the issue persists with the skin? Do you have this issue with any other game and in- game
item?

Unfortunately, if this is issue that is happening is with an in-game item and in that case the best thing to do would be to check out the Minecraft
support forum for Windows 10. As well as they have an article
'Minecraft Skins' with more information in regards to this topic.

Yes when I try to change my skin in Minecraft Java my skin is stuck on the Alex skin but the same skin works for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft . And I have tried using another skin but that too did not work .
