    Minecraft sign in support?


    I bought Minecraft with one of my debit cards, IT WAS THE STARTER PACK AND I HAVE PROOF I BOUGHT IT(its in my credit card transactions) when i bought it i installed it but then it said "Unlock full game". Also the sign in button doesn't work, it just goes into unlock full game.

    Minecraft for windows and java

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We need to validate the transaction first. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, from there locate if you can see the game order stated as "completed" and once confirmed make sure that you're signed in on the Minecraft launcher, Microsoft Store App, as well as Xbox App correctly.

    Kindly sign out on Microsoft Store App, Minecraft launcher, and Xbox App and then sign back in.

    In that case, please sign uninstall and reinstall the launcher. Install it through Xbox App.
