Minecraft sign in problem

I bought minecraft on my PS5 and signed in with my Microsoft account and it says, "oops it looks like your Microsoft account is already linked to another psn account." My account is NOT linked to another account, I do not know how to fix this, because I am not going to just log in with another Microsoft account as all the achievements and progress and access to realms would go to waste even though my account IS NOT ALREADY LINKED. I contacted minecraft support and they said to contact Microsoft and they said to contact playstation, they said to contact Microsoft or minecraft... around in a frustrating loop.
