Minecraft sign in problem

Hi, i just bought minecraft dungeons today, but UNFORTUNETLY i cannot play this game, due to login problem with msg "There is a problem with your microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.

i try to login to account.live.com, but there's nothing wrong.

and i see there's so many people having the same problem WITHOUT good solutions..

Please FIX this "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" msg... maybe there's a problem with sign in procedure.. while i just try the first time to buy a game from microsoft and having this problem.

For me i accidently put the wrong email and it wont let me go back, ive even tried to completely erase all of the data the xbox apps are having a lot of bug issues and its really getting out of hand. Hopefully they fix it.

what works for you? I am asking how to connect my mc account with another microsoft account because it already connected to the wrong one and if you dont understand i dont want it to be connected with the wrong one

RON.61, I had a similar problem when we tried using Minecraft on iOS... If you're on iOS too, maybe this will help you.

For months, we were shown that error without us even being given the chance to log in... We tried everything like you. PxrtlyDuck shared this solution below, on this
thread , and it worked for us:

"my friend actually found the solution and i have never been more grateful!! it was a long night of her logging in a changing things around but in the end the solution was so simple. i went into my phones settings, and into safari
 (no idea why) and cleared my search history. i dont know why it works, but it did. im glad its so easy in case it happens in future. warning though, i had like fifty tabs open in safari, so if you have certain sites you dont want to lose make sure you bookmark
 them before you clear it! i really hope this works, microsoft is so lame they never gave me any actual useful infomation!"

We basically did "Settings" -> "Safari" -> "Clear History and Website Data". Hope it gets fixed for you soon :crossed_fingers:

According to your description, you are unable to log in to any PS version of Minecraft now.

Did you try to unlink your account?

Generally speaking, when you have the PS4 version of the game, you can normally receive the PS5 version of the game to play. Did you have login problems after receiving the PS5 version of the game?

If possible, please send us the relevant pictures.
