Minecraft sign in on ps4

Son logged out of Minecraft on PS4 and when he went to log back in it keeps saying another console connected with his account. He doesn’t have another console or another account. How can I solve this? Have tried reinstalling Minecraft and leaving it idle. Nothing working

You may need to submit a ticket to Mojang in that way they can validate the account linked to your son's PS account.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing in to Minecraft on your PS4 with your Microsoft account. It sounds like your Microsoft account may have been previously linked to another PSN account.

The best thing you can do here now is for you to unlink or recover the Microsoft account that is already linked to your PS4 account. For you to be able to process a recovery or unlinking, please contact PlayStation support immediately. They will be able to process everything for you and just make sure to provide them with what they need such as proof and answer to their questions.
