    Whenever i try and play on servers it says i cannot join cross-platform games without both a Microsoft and Nintendo switch account. But i am already signed into both accounts. How do i fix this problem?

    At this time, servers are not available on either PS4 or Switch consoles. As per the

    Minecraft for Nintendo Switch FAQ     and
    Minecraft for PlayStation 4 FAQ    , these updates will be coming at a later time.

    At this time, we do not have any info to provide in regards to their release date.

    With issues like these, you will need to check the following:

    1. Check your network connection.
    2. Restart your router
    3. Refresh Minecraft server
    4. Check the status of Minecraft server
    5. Re-log in Minecraft
    6. Check your Firewall
    7. Contact your network administrator
    8. Uninstall mods from Minecraft
    However, if the issue still persists, it would be best to contact Mojang support for further assistance.
