Minecraft Servers Not Loading

Well somewhat....with some issues....such as loading a saved game from server. Minecraft world will not sync.

Hello, Thank you for helping me before, I had contacted MOJANG and they sent me an email saying that there would be someone who will answer my question and there is a button on the emails the said "view answer" but nothing comes up when I click the button, in fact, I can't move or anything bellow is the view answer link. What else can I do?

when I try to enter my Minecraft server on Xbox one, it loads for a second then crashes the game, I have been having this issue for a week or so now.

I tried to reinstall my Minecraft however that didn't work. I then tried to remove my files and resync my files but that also did not work.

All my other servers work and another account all the account servers work but for some reason my server doesn't I tried to make a copy but that also doesn't work.

What should I do?

Since it's working on a different account it means that it's your in-game account itself and in this case, you may need to reach out to Mojang in that way they can check this for you and finally see what is causing the issue.
