Hi my son is playin minecraft on ps5 ..hes tryin to log onto microsoft account with his psn email to log on and play servers on minecraft..error is coming up saying email already used..iv tried loads of email but none is working i thought it would be the one i use on his ps5 acc..trying months to solve this ive emailed minecraft they cant do it ive emailed xbox they cant do it and called ps5 they keep telling me to email diff people.does anyone know how to fix this

Would you please share a picture or tell me the exact message you receive? By your description, looks like the Microsoft account used to try to sign in to Minecraft is not the same Microsoft account already linked to the Playstation account of your son.

When I try to make a Microsoft account so I can play on the servers it’s not letting me create a Microsoft account. I tried so many times it says we created your Microsoft account or you’re ready to go but on Minecraft it’s not letting me make a Microsoft account so I cant play on the server

The screenshot i showed is the proof that i had a microsoft minecraft account and now i can't log in anymore it like if it got delete and i need to create a new one and buy minecraft java and bedrock again so like 80$ + i bought thing in some minecraft server and i lost progress. And i bought this minecraft java account In December 2020 so like 1 week or so after microsoft bought mojang so it is a microsoft account but idk if microsoft recognize it as a microsoft account.

There was an issue with Microsoft servers the other day that cause a lot of issues with Microsoft accounts, Windows and other Microsoft products. Does Minecraft W10 Edition not save to the cloud?

unfortunately it! didint, actually i dont use windows i use macOS, the help i need is that my minecraft account that is java microsoft, does not join minecraft premium servers.
