    Minecraft Server not working


    Hello,

    when I try to enter my Minecraft server on Xbox one, it loads for a second then crashes the game, I have been having this issue for a week or so now.

    I tried to reinstall my Minecraft however that didn't work. I then tried to remove my files and resync my files but that also did not work.

    All my other servers work and another account all the account servers work but for some reason my server doesn't I tried to make a copy but that also doesn't work.

    I have also contacted Mojang but they didn't help me. They sent an email and tell me to click on a button to "view my answer" but this is what I get

    Minecraft Windows 10 cant join any servers other than "official servers"

    What server are you trying to join exactly?

    Be aware that some servers only work with the JAVA version of Minecraft. Not all servers support the Windows 10 Minecraft version.

    If in doubt, check the website for the server (if it exists) or contact the server administrator (if known).

    Kindly repair the game or Minecraft launcher by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search the App > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart PC.

    All Minecraft servers are down on bedrock currently. There is no estimate time until this will be fixed.
