Minecraft says Microsoft account is connected but can’t access it

My minecraft say that my account is already connected but I can’t access the Microsoft account as it asks to send a message to a random phone number that I have never used but it’s the correct email for the account, how do I fix this? It’s on ps4 if that changes how to fix it.

Nice to meet you. whenever I try to connect the Microsoft account I use to minecraft on my ps4 it says their is another account on there butt I don't have access to that email anymore it is associated with.

Yes I filled out that form and received an email back saying the information was not enough to recovery the account. The problem is Microsoft does not recognize Minecraft accounts and Minecraft can’t help with accounts because of the migration. I asked Microsoft if they can get us a Minecraft credit so he can download Minecraft again and create a new account but no response.

I’ve tried Sony support. They said they are unable to help as they can’t access the data required, as Minecraft/Mojang is under Microsoft license . Do I need to contact Microsoft Support to access them to access the data?

O can’t connect my account with Minecraft it pops me my old account and I don’t have it any more
