Minecraft says I no longer own the game

I've had the game since the 360 version and also have the xbox one version. I have the newer play together version as well. Now I get a message, saying to either get game pass or rebuy the game. Like I dont own it. I have a realms subscription for the
last 2 years

Hello! This is a bug that Microsoft said they will fix in 48 hours. It has affected A lot of people. But to let you know that they are working on it.

I've had no luck with support either. I sent a message to the mojang site as well. Just wanna know if its not free anymore and if we have to re buy or if this is just a screw up

I have the exact same issue as you do; happened to me yesterday. I was playing MC with my daughter and we took a break. Few hours later we returned along with my husband; they were able to load in just fine and now I cannot with the same message you got.
I took a screenshot of my order history for both games and our realm subscription. Has anyone found answers yet? I've been on hold with support for about 32 minutes now.

I have the same problem, and I decided to try and find my receipt for the game to prove it, but then I remembered! I didn't have to pay for this edition because I got it for free when the 'Better Together' update was released. People who had played 5 hours
of Minecraft: Xbox Edition got the free upgrade to the new Minecraft. I am wondering if this is how you got it as well and why its causing so many other people problems now?
