My friend bought a minecraft token / gift card thing in 2021 or 2022. He registered it with a microsoft account and we played minecraft together with no problem for a couple of months. One day as he opened the launcher it tells him to buy minecraft again. He already tried logging in and out, updating the launcher, and etc. nothing worked. Any ideas on how to fix this?
