    So I did all the steps in xbox insider. I re-installed minecraft and made sure to have the latest version of windows. All thought I know I have all the requirements to run rtx, I still have a visual issue when I load it. There's like 3 sections on top and a black strip on the bottom. I don't undrstand why it does that. Can someone explaine what's going on?

    Xbox Insider Hub account locked with minecraft still in beta

    I have found a solution. After I deleted my original insider account I created a new one and joined the rtx minecraft beta other than the nether beta which was what I was in. I then updated minecraft to rtx and unenrolled and reverted back to the normal
    minecraft version.
