    Hi! I bought the Windows 10 version of Minecraft, but I meant to buy the Java version. I tried to return it, but when I went to the Microsoft store it told me that I hadn't made any orders. I don't understand, because I can literally open the app and play the game, and when I open XBox it shows me that I own the game. I want to return the Windows 10 version and get the Java, but I don't know how because I can't submit a return request since it doesn't show my order. Please help!!

    Huh, my order isn't even showing up there. Maybe the problem is that I bought it on the Minecraft website? But I did sign in when it prompted me to on the website. I'm not sure why I can't find it :(

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring about returning a digital product you purchased.

    The refund procedure has been streamlined to become more of a self-service option. That being said

    requesting a refund     would have to be done on your end.

    You need to be sure you are signed into the correct before you are able to see the items eligible for a refund.

    All you need to do is go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that made the purchase, select the item you want a refund for and then request the refund!
    After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

    If you didn't purchase it from the Microsoft or Xbox store, they wouldn't be the ones to seek a refund from. You should go to the site that you purchased it from and proceed with them.
