Minecraft refuses to even start..

I tried reinstalling it (5 times) and reinstalling java, but when I install it it says, updating, then after, when I try to start it, nothing happens, not even an error code. And I couldn't even contact support (because it doesn't exist, thanks a lot Microsoft) and since I couldn't find anyone to help me, now I'm here. Please fix this, although I doubt that anyone can do anything..

I have tried downloading it on the store and the website, nothing seems to happen

Have you tried installing the launcher from the Microsoft Store app? This launcher will include the java edition of the game also, you will only need to login with the account that purchased the game on Mojang

Through the micosoft store, I am physically unable to due to having no install button. for the xbox app i can't even install that. Through minecraft website it just refuses to start to download.
