Minecraft redstone pack not available but code entered and recognized

Hi,

I bought an xbox one S in january, with the minecraft redstone pack. From the beginning I have entered all the pack code for minecraft. minecraft is working fine, but I can't see any new redstone skin or features. And if I re-enter the redstone skin pack
the xbox say that the code has already been installed....

How can I restart or reinstall that pack to be able to use it?

Unlock redstone pack code

Use of redstone pack code offered with purchase of a xbox one minecraft special edition.

Once the code entered, it say to me that everything is ok, but the extension is not unlocked.

I try again and it was saying that the code has been used, but redstone specialists, villains and biome settlers are still not unlocked and accessible. Please help me!

Second question: we are 4 players, so 4 accounts are open on the console. Will the pack be available (finally!) for the player who will succesfully unlock it, or will all accounts will have access to it since we all play on the same console?

Redstone Pack DLC issues

Hello,

I purchased an Xbox One S Minecraft bundle for Christmas.

I have everything up and running but the Redstone Pack.

I called Support and they were not able to help. They just simply told me the license is "in" my console.

Hopefully someone on this forum has experienced something like this.

While redeeming the code for the Redstone Pack, I received an error saying not available.

I entered it again and was greeted with the code already redeemed message.

I checked to see if it was installed within the game, no luck.

I also went to the manage game section, and the check for updates section.

Still nothing.

Any suggestions?

It says "échangé" which mean exchange in french but not redeemed...
