    Minecraft Redemption Code Error


    Purchased an Xbox One Minecraft edition that came with a card containing a redemption card with a code for downloading the game. I entered the code following procedures and got an error message stating "Ops something went wrong at our end" There was no
    error code provided. Went through the process again and got a message that the code had been redeemed. Where can I go for help. There was no support info on the card. Thanks for your help.

    Have you checked your Ready to Install list for Minecraft by visiting Games & Apps and 'Manage' under Minecraft? If the code was redeemed on your account it should show up under the game Minecraft Redemption Code Error :) Let us know what you find.

    Minecraft Redemption Code Error

    Just purchased an Xbox one with a free download for Minecraft Builders Pack. Entered in the redemption code and got a message will error code 1 from Microsoft. There was no game download. Tried entering in the redemption code a second time and got a message
    that the code had already been redeemed. Where do I go or who can I contact to get my free download that came with my purchase. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    If it is a Minecraft code, please:

    Go to the Minecraft code redemption page.

    Sign in to the account you use to play Minecraft.

    Find the section for the content you want to redeem.

    Enter the code and click Submit.

    Follow the prompts to complete the redemption.

    And if it is a Minecraft gift card:

    Go to the Minecraft gift card redemption page.

    Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to use to play Minecraft.

    Find the redemption box that matches the game version on your gift card.

    Enter the code and click Submit.
