    Hello! I received a Minecraft gift code as a Christmas present and redeemed it from the Microsoft store on my Windows 10. No matter where I go to launch the app, it only lets me "download" it onto my Xboxes, but even then its not downloading. If I click
    on one of my Xboxes it doesn't change anything. I've tried to check on my Xboxes and on the Xbox app, Microsoft support, and Microsoft store, but nothing seems to help. I can't retry to redeem the code because it says I've used it. How do I get the Minecraft
    app to install onto my Windows 10 PC?

    Thank you for responding to my question. But when he tried to redeem the code again it said it was redeemed already, He access to Minecraft Bedrock edition but it still says he needs to buy Java Edition. He's using the same account he redeemed the code on the Minecraft Launcher.

    That's because you used the account in Minecraft but not the account that redeemed the code, the code was redeemed in a different account and that's why it's not showing on your order history and you are unable to use it
