Minecraft Redeemed but not playable

Hello

I bought the minecraft x box for Christmas and haven't yet been able to set it up

There were 3 redeemable vouchers that came with the set. I've redeemed all of these via the online shop which was straight forward. I know they are redeemed as I cant redeem them again. However, the minecraft game hasn't installed onto the xbox. Any ideas
on how I can proceed?

I'm able to play other games such as FIFA 18 and Lego Dimensions that have been installed via disc

MC windows 10 redeem not working

I own minecraft so I redeemed minecraft windows 10 edition but now I don't know how to download it so it says this code was already redeemed, please help.

tomb raider not playable after redeeming and listed as pre-order.

I redeemed a code for shadow of the tomb raider and its not playable because the release date is bugged. (restarting+ reinstalling does not help)

Anyone know how to fix this ?

Hi, check your ready to install section. It should be there. If not, use the same account that entered that code and then look for the game in the store. It should say “owned” and then you can download it from there.

Can I use vpn to redeem it and once redeemed it'll be playable right?

They can be redeemed anywhere and playable on the PC or Xbox

Have you tried to still look for the game in the Xbox store under the same Microsoft account and download it? t might say it was for windows 10 but I believe a recent Minecraft update makes the game playable from multiple platforms if you are signed into
the same account that redeemed it.

- Remove your account from the console.

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 - 5 minutes.

- Restart your internet device.

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

- Sign in to your account again.

- Try launching the game.

If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate it if you answer the following questions

• Is your console connected to the Internet?

• Is this console designated as your Home Xbox?

• Have you recently had a Game Pass subscription expire?

• Could you check if Minecraft is showing on your account's order history? it should be labeled as "Completed".
