    Hi, my question is one that I would greatly appreciate any help i could get from it. So I had gone to download Minecraft from Windows, I had already purchased Minecraft from Java back in 2014, so I simply did the redeem code option that allowed me to get
    Minecraft for free, but after I "redeemed the code" it didn't give me minecraft, it simply said that the code had already been redeemed but it hadn't, can you help me?

    Thank you for responding to my question. But when he tried to redeem the code again it said it was redeemed already, He access to Minecraft Bedrock edition but it still says he needs to buy Java Edition. He's using the same account he redeemed the code on the Minecraft Launcher.

    That's because you used the account in Minecraft but not the account that redeemed the code, the code was redeemed in a different account and that's why it's not showing on your order history and you are unable to use it
