minecraft redeem code it's already in use

Like you see in the screenshot, I can't use my minecraft redeem code because it's already in use.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

 

Problem with Redeem Code

I'm having a problem with one of my redeem codes, I only have one microsoft account, yet minecraft windows ten, i had purchased with the redeem code and know it cant be re-downloaded or anything, when I try to use the code again, it says it has already been
used.

Hey JointTitan92953! We do not have the ability to reactivate a code or supply replacements here on the forums. If the code has been used, you will need to purchase a new one to access the content. Thanks!
