    my son is playing Mincraft on a Nintendo Switch. we activatede multiplayer mode in order to buy ReamlsPlus, got redirected to the Nintendo E-Shop. the subscription was payed, money was taken but in Minecraft it's not visible. We was told we have to wait some minutes and we should contact support after 24h if it's not working. unfortunatels it's still not working.

    we tried to update the console and Mincraft game, also rebooting the console

    Realms is a separate subscription. Buying the game wont get you realms, just a 30 day trial. If you want to have realms, you'll need to pay for it.

    I'M PLAYING ON WINDOWS 10. WHICH VERSION DO I NEED? 

    You’ll need your subscription purchase to match the
    version of the game you are playing. For example, if you bought Minecraft from the Windows 10 store, you'll need to buy Realms Plus for Minecraft.

    Now make sure you have installed Minecraft on your PC, then go here:
